You recently revisted the Westboro church, I thought it was great. It was good to see what had and hadn't changed.

You don't usually revisit people. Would you again, if so with whom?? Lake Palmer?

Not sure if you are aware but Louis wrote a book which was released in 2005 entitled "The Call of the Weird:
Travels in American
Subcultures". Its basically about when he revisited people that featured on weird weekends.

From memory I believe he revisited JJ Michael's (porn star), Lamb and Lynx (the white nationalist sisters) , Thor Templar (alien resistance) and a few others.

Louis also began making a documentary about Ike Turner which didn't get finished but he decided to write about his time with Ike in his book.

I'm glad you enjoyed the Most Hated Family revisit. I don't always think it's a good idea going back to stories. People don't actually change that much, nor do the stories always move on. But I think it worked in this case because we were able to meet the apostate members. Also the Supreme Court case seemed to have got the family all excited about Jesus coming back imminently. As for other return visits, I'd be intrigued to maybe seek out Lamb and Lynx the twin daughters of April Gaede who I met making Louis and the Nazis. They're eighteen now and I wonder how their worldviews have changed and what their relationship with their mum is like.

Hi Louis,
On the subject of Lake Palmer I would like to let you know about his fan club on facebook, (called Lake Palmer is God). There are over 660 members and Lake is himself a member. There is also a Lake Palmer Appreciation society on facebook.

I would love to see a re-visit one day (as I feel he is the funniest person ever to appear on tv) but unfortunately he is not keeping too well these days. His friend Leonard posted an update about him today. Lake has given us a few messages over the years.
Please feel free to join up if you are on facebook. It would be interesting to hear your thoughts about the great man. He didn't half give it to Lawrence in the neck, "Well he don't listen does he!"

All the best
Colin

Hi Louis,
Please please revisit Lake Palmer (& Ronnie Conrad & Mr Lawrence Lynch) but mainly Lake, he holds a special place in nearly 700 hearts on facebook group 'LakePalmerIsGod'. His was probably the most memorable random tv apps of all your weird weekends, his quotes are now legend....remember, you calmed him right down (right down) - maybe you can do that again?
Many thanks
:P

I think it would be excellent if Louis did a catch up with Ronnie Conrad (if he hasn't been locked up the old rogue), Lake Palmer and of course Lawrence Lynch. It would also be good to see if Louis could get in contact with some of the Thai girls that he interviewed. Did they find men and happiness?

I think to be fair Louis could dedicate an entire show to Lake Palmer on his own. Such is Lakes popularity with fans of the show.

Thanks,

Des

Dont know if this has been posted before but I just found this clip.

Its Lake Palmer on 'Trisha' and I guess it must be 3 or 4 years after the 'Thai Brides' episode as he mentions what happened after and also his future plans.
