Actually he has stated his views somewhat in a live chat on the bbc, you may or may not like the answer but it's not private.

Yes it is public, Louis is not jewish. He said that in an interview at a documentary festival I think in 2010 when they were talking about his "Louis & the Nazis" BBC Special.

Also, I wonder why you ask? Does it matter anyway?
